
What is a good workout running to tone your body?
Hey guys I Soccer conditioning in a month and have nothing to do during this time, so I have to stay in shape so I'm not sloppy. There are a few things I need to work well and I wanted to know what kind of workout that I do. Here's what I need: I need to sweeten I need to be faster I need to have better endurance Thanks
All other remote every second day running, and speed of execution. Starting Monday … every other day … run as fast as you can for a total of 30 minutes time … and ignore the distance. Then on Tuesday … every other day … run as far as you can ignore time. Once you start noticing that you are building your endurance, and add a little weight and pumps you have, you can get the upper body. Push yourself … you are stronger than your body takes you to believe you are. When your muscles start to scream … just tell them to shut up, and you push a little further. Just do not go beyond the injury! This will build, speed and endurance … and the results are attenuated, long, lean muscles!
