What makes Tylenol rapid release of work?
I have some Tylenol rapid release i bought. I was watching wondering what the pills which makes it quick release. The pill is blue at one end, red on the other with a white band between the two. What is strange is the colored ends are a gel coat and the white seems to be that the pills below. Is there something that makes this pill deissolve faster that regular Tylenol? Is this layer of gel on each end and center exposed? I feel like I'm missing something.
In general, These quick dissolving tablets are composed of salts that disintegrate rapidly because of the small particle size, thereby releasing the ingredient active (acetaminophen cases).
