Herbalife multivitamin supplements herbalife cell activator without drinking the shakes?

Last month I bought the start guide Quick Herbalife program, but it can not shake the taste. I want to continue taking the pill simply eat more healthily, hoping they help suppress my appetite. Has anyone ever taken the formula 2 multivitamin and cell activator alone, without help from the greenhouse?

Have you tried to mix it with other things? I use sugar free jello, soy milk and strawberries and tremors are very delicious!
