Where can I find a calorie counter and do i need a ladder?
Here's a link to a table of calories: http://www.caloriecountercharts.com/ Here is a link for a free online system that lets you track what you eat, the calories, even distribution of nutrients in all Your Diet: I http://www.fitday.com/ What would you advise against the acquisition of the scale. People become slaves to the scale and they did not realize the extent not tell the whole story. See, most people think weight loss is the goal. Not exactly. The objective is to lose fat and be in better shape. There are better ways to measure what kind of progress that scale. A measure dressmaker 2.00 $ Tape works very well. Use it to measure your waist, hips, arms, legs, neck, whatever. Want a better way to measure that will cost you nothing? Measure your progress by looking in the mirror and observing how your clothes become loose that you lose fat. If you have a camera, you can take photos of yourself every 30 days or more, but if you do this make sure you wear the same clothes each time you have your picture taken (and you should obviously wear clothes that show that many of your body as possible while covering the private domains – then you'll really see your progress).
