How can I lose weight and trim my legs and buttocks??
I'm going on vacation in November, and I need to tighten my legs and buttocks, I do not want to build muscle on my legs, I just want to tone and tighten! When I say I do not want more muscle, but I want to be mitigated I mean, I want to look like a Victoria Secret model, not a body builder!
