KETO - High fat from meat & dairy that you consume; some added fat like butter, lard, clean coconut, olive & avocado oils. Avocado itself is a delicious way to get healthy fats in...If you like avocados, that is. Very low carbohydrates; from very low carb vegetables, greens, and very low sugar fruit & berries. Moderate protein  1 - 2  grams per pound of your body weight for both women & men. Check out the Carb Manager App for more precise measurements for your specific body size and type, and the exact amount of protein that is best for your daily needs.

Low Carb - Much like KETO, however, the original Atkins Diet is merely a low-carb, high-protein diet that is typically divided into several phases if you choose. During the first phase of the low carb/Adkins Diet, carb intake is limited to 20–40 g per day, depending on which plan you choose. Over the duration of the diet, your intake gradually increases but typically doesn’t exceed 100 g per day. You can even begin your weight loss journey with a reverse low-carb approach, reducing carbs to less than 100 grams per day. This is where you remove bad habits and addictions slowly. You'll start with 3 meals a day; no snacks. This enables the person that has food addictions to break those cravings & habits, that tend to sabotage dieters in the first stages.

Paleo - There is no one “right” way to eat for everyone and paleolithic humans thrived on a variety of diets, depending on what was available at the time and where in the world they lived. Some ate what we now know as a Carnivore Diet, high in animal foods and animal fat. Others followed a high-carb diet with lots of plants & fruits, nuts, and berries, depending on their region. What you can eat- Meat, fish, eggs, vegetables, fruits, nuts, seeds, herbs, spices, healthy fats, and oils. What not to eat- Processed foods, sugar, soft drinks, grains, most dairy products, legumes, artificial sweeteners, vegetable oils, margarine, and trans fats.

Vegan Keto - If you are a Vegan and are interested in eating KETO, It's Fairly easy to transition to a keto way of eating and still be true to your lifestyle. As a Vegan, you already know the foods that do not contain animal products, however, this is where things get tricky. You will now need to remove a lot of starches, Wheat, wheat by-products, and many "fillers" from your typical vegan foods. Those on a vegan keto diet can eat the following foods: tofu, tempeh, soy, coconut, coconut milk or sugar-free coconut yogurt, vegan butter, soy and nut-based cheese, nuts, nut milk and nut butter, seeds, coconut & coconut butter. Olive oil, olives. Avocado & avocado oil, and nut oils. Small quantities of berries, non-starchy vegetables, seaweed, nori, kelp, dulse, spices, nutritional yeast, fresh herbs, coffee, tea & stevia.

Carnivore - Carnivore is a very basic, back to our ancestral way of eating ( Per Dr. Ken Berry) It's a true elimination diet. Try it for 30 days, and work your way to 90 days. Dr. Berry calls Carnivore "The proper human diet". What to eat- Red meat, poultry, fish, eggs, animal fat, and butter. You eat until you are satiated and comfortably full. It's ok to not eat if you're not hungry. That's the wonder of eating pure meat and natural fat. CAUTION It's very important when adapting to a carnivore way of eating (keto & low carb too) that you get plenty of water and electrolytes. This way of eating is primarily for healing; weightloss is secondary.
